RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Mercer Suits, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges under the following conditions.

Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
• The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Altered or tailored garments
• Customized products
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale or clearance

Shoes

Shoes are eligible for exchange only if they:

• Have not been worn outdoors
• Are returned in their original box and packaging
• Show no signs of wear, damage, or use

Suits, Jackets, Shirts, and Ties

Formal wear and accessories may be exchanged provided they are returned in original condition with all tags attached and without any alterations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Mercer Suits will review the issue and arrange an appropriate exchange if approved.

Refund Policy

Mercer Suits currently offers exchanges only. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchange requests unless the exchange is due to an error by Mercer Suits or a defective product.

Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt of the returned item.
